My boy Kylar pretty much owned again. This week he’s up against Erevis Cale. Right now he’s losing *cries* but that match only just started today. It ends Thursday so there is plenty of time to vote. So VOTE HERE!!
Sadly Bast got kicked from the match. How sad. *more tears*

Why do I seem to care so much about such extravagant nerdyness? Because I love reading!! And this year yet again they’ve got some of my favorite characters. Like Bast from Pat Rothfuss’s King Killer Chronicles. And my newest favorite character Kylar Stern from Brent Weeks Night Angel series. First off I’ll rant a bit about Brent Weeks.
When I embark on travels I like to bring a book with me. So when I headed to Europe in September I brought with me The Way of Shadows. But sadly it sat around for most of the time since I had other fun things to occupy my time with in France (mainly my super cute boyfriend). Then my Spain travels rolled around and I found myself spending a lot of time in airports and on busses and in hostels all by my self. Naturally I was happy I had my book with me. In the 12 days I was alone I blew through the book. It made me look forward to waiting in the airport. It’s an amazing book and actually it’s going in my next set of book reviews I’ll be putting up somewhere in the near future… But back to Kylar. He’s the main character and is so fucking badass. Like I can’t even describe it!

Ahhh Saturday! Today has been yet another fantastic day! So yesterday a friend gave me a bamboo sushi mat and sushi wrapper-thingys. Now I’ve been meaning to learn to make sushi for like ever now it seems cause its way expensive to buy. So today my mum and I went Wall Mart to get all the things I needed to make it. I was beyond excited right. The only thing I was a wee bit worried about was I didn’t want to spend the $5 to get a little bag of Japanese rice so I used American long grain (online it says not use this cause you can’t make it sticky enough). So I just used the recipe online for making it with the Japanese. And guess what!!! It came out fine with the American. I was so excited! Cause the rice is the most important part and all right. Since my mum was a little afraid to use fish (even the sashimi –grade). But she said next time I can if I find it locally! This time I just used avocado, carrots, and cucumbers. It came out AMAZING!! Turns out I’m way pro at rolling it too!! Check out what I made!! We’re having it with dinner tonight! My mum and I tried some and it was amazing! I’m o way proud of me!
Since it’s Easter weekend my older brother is home so h shared a game with me. It’s called Robot Unicorn Attack and I’m waaaaaaay addicted. Spencer and I are in a competition to see who can score the highest. Hahaha! I beat his high score of 49,000 this morning with 68,000. Then he beat me with 98,000. Grrr! I haven’t had the time to try and beat him…. I decided to edit instead of play an addictive internet game. Hahaha.
Update on the Suvudu Cage Match!! It hasn’t been posted but it ended yesterday at noon and by the percents it’s going to be Jamie Lannister Vs. Rand Al’Thor. Kvothe tried to come back at the end though. He lost 47% to 53%. Next year I hope he kicks ass! As for Drizzt he sort of lost massively…. 37% to Rands 63%. I think I’m going to vote Jamie for the finals. Cause 1- he killed Kvothe so he’s got to be good 2- his name is the same as one of my characters (hehehe). Good reasons right. Rofl.
OH AND HUGE NEWS!!! I’ll know tomorrow afternoon what date my signing is!! So check back!

Yes my two boys made it to the suvudu semifinals!! Kvothe is against Jamie Lannister. And Drizzt is against Rand Al’Thor. I just voted and for Drizzt (cause he rocks) and he’s losing 38 to 63 *sigh*. But I found the write up soooooo fucking funny! Check it::
"Rand Al’Thor stood across the arena from Drizzt. They both seemed serious—they had come a long way and defeated many great champions along the way. But the respect that they held for each other was tempered by the fact that they had to try to kill one another.
Drizzt drew his scimitars, his familiar Guenhwyvar prowling behind him.
Rand Al’Thor called forth balefire, and consumed them both.
Then he had a snack."
Hahahahahaha such a cheap shot… but still uber funny. I would still like to believe that Drizzt would win this if it was for real… he should have just covered Rand in a globe of darkness than attacked. Seriously if he can’t see the general direction to cast the balefire then fail…. But maybe it’s just wishful thinking….
And damnit!! Kvothe is down 35 to 65! Come on people go vote for Kvothe!! He kicks ass! Plus he’s way awesome and totally hot in the picture they have. Haha.

Any how it’s rainy today!! How exciting! I just love the rain way too much!! Hehe.

I have done absolutely nothing interesting lately so that’s why I haven’t blogged in a while…. And I still don’t have anything to cool to talk about….. so I’m just going to steal a blog that Pat Rothfuss did. Hehe. And so I shall talk about the Suvudu Cage match. Lol.
Basically it’s a totally awesome thing where Suvudu pick out a bunch of totally awesome characters and makes them fight! It’s rather funny actually. But I’m tots def loving it cause some of my favorite characters are in it and kicking butt right now. For instance…. Kvothe from Pat Rothfuss’s Name of The Wind totally kicking ass! It’s already into the third round so Kvothe has defeated Garet Jax and (my favorite) Aslan. Muhahahaha. Right now he’s up against Dumbledore. And is winning 56% to 44%. Hehehe. I hope he wins. Another personal favorite Drizzt Do’Urden. Also still alive in the third round having defeated Kahlan Amnell (hahaha) and The Shirke. But sadly he’s losing 49% to Ged at 51%... crossing my fingers that he’ll pull through!! And yup those are my two favorite. But on some funny news… now I find this beyond hysterical. In the first round Ged went up against Edward Cullen. (don’t laugh yet!) So the people of Suvudu write up little stories of how they see it going. This is the ending for the Ged vs. Edward…
But there was no time. Edward was upon him, punching so hard that it was all Ged could do to keep himself from being pummeled. He thought it was over—that all his training and power were for naught—when the normally overcast sky of Forks cleared up just enough for the sun to shine down.
And make Edward start to sparkle.
Ged started giggling. “Seriously?” he asked.
“Wh—” Edward asked, and then saw that his hands were all sparkly. “God damn it…”
It didn’t matter, though, because Ged had figured out Edward’s true name. Saying it aloud, Edward was banished from this world, causing the gaggle of girls to break free of their bonds and screechingly run after Ged, who realized he had to flee or be trampled under their hormonal onslaught.
As he ran away, the true name he spoke could still be heard on the wind:
“Nancy…”
WAIT!!! NO LAUGHING YET!!! The final outcome of the match *drum roll* Ged 92% Edward 7%. I now give thee permission to laugh.

-Aslan vs. Eragon – Alsan won 85 to 14
-Aragorn vs. The We Free Men – Aragorn won 67 to 32

-Rand Al’Thor vs. Conan The Barbarian – Rand won 76 to 23
